About the Role
You will support the build of a structured data room and contribute to research that informs market strategy and client advisory. You will help deploy algorithms, clients, and markets; monitor trading alerts; assist with trading, execution, rebalancing, and treasury tracking; prepare trading reports; and respond to client questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in trading and market structure
- Basic understanding of digital asset markets
- Attention to detail and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced trading environment
Responsibilities
- Support the backend build of a structured data room for internal and external use
- Lead and contribute to research initiatives that inform market strategy and client advisory
- Support the deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets
- Monitor and respond to trading alerts
- Assist with active trading and trade execution
- Assist with asset rebalancing
- Track client treasury balances
- Provide recurring and ad-hoc trading reports to clients
- Respond to client questions and escalate questions to senior traders
