About the Role
You will monitor daily trading processes and help resolve issues before they affect clients. You will manage crypto and securities listings and delistings, own Markets reporting, coordinate initiatives across functions, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working close to trading or trading operations; early-career or internship experience counts.
- Interest in digital assets; prior experience is a bonus.
- Data analysis, prioritization, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and follow problems through to a solution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily trading processes and help resolve issues before they reach clients.
- Manage crypto and securities listings and delistings from request through go-live.
- Own weekly and monthly Markets reporting and coordinate across teams.
- Work with Trading, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to unblock initiatives.
- Identify manual work to automate and improve processes using AI tools.
