About the Role
You will research, develop, test, deploy, and improve trading and hedging strategies across stablecoin and FX markets. You will operate production trading systems, respond to incidents, build operational tooling and market research tools, and take ownership of strategy performance and P&L.
Requirements
- Production coding experience and ownership of trading decisions and P&L
- Probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning
- 3+ years of solving industry problems through code
- Strong Python and/or C++ development skills
- Experience in market making, prop trading, or a trading-adjacent quantitative role
- Availability around scheduled market-moving events
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve trading and hedging strategies
- Own live trading-system reliability, observability, and operations
- Monitor production systems and respond to trading and system incidents
- Build internal tools, dashboards, alerts, and automation
- Design safe testing, deployment, and rollout processes
- Research market microstructure and turn analysis into trading strategies
- Research, code, test, and deploy strategies into production
- Bring and defend new trading ideas
