About the Role
You will execute cryptocurrency trades and blockchain transactions, monitor trading and hedging operations, and manage risk parameters to maintain a market-neutral position. You will handle daily settlement and transaction reconciliation, support monthly and annual reconciliations, research crypto news and regulations, prepare reports and presentations, and improve processes and systems.
Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience
- Demonstrate experience executing trading strategies across cryptocurrency markets
- Understand financial markets and have experience in trading operations or a similar area
- Possess strong data analysis skills and familiarity with numerical analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Be familiar with databases
- Understand cryptocurrencies and blockchain and know how to operate across different blockchain platforms
- Identify, resolve, manage, and escalate problems efficiently
- Speak English fluently
Responsibilities
- Execute trades and blockchain transactions on behalf of the company
- Monitor trading and hedging activities and manage risk parameters
- Manage daily settlement and transaction reconciliation
- Support monthly and annual reconciliations
- Create reports, analyses, and presentations for other teams
- Research cryptocurrency news and regulations each month
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems
