About the Role
You will execute and manage crypto and FX trades, monitor pricing and market movements, manage inventory and liquidity, and identify arbitrage opportunities. You will hedge positions, develop risk models, support automation, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare trading, P&L, and risk reports.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of financial-markets experience in sell-side sales or trading, OTC trading, treasury, or market-making.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or banking is preferred.
- A proven record of profitable trading and risk management.
- Familiarity with crypto markets, stablecoins, and fiat on- and off-ramps.
- Analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar market tools.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage crypto and FX trades across cross pairs.
- Monitor market-maker pricing, market movements, and trends.
- Manage crypto inventory and liquidity across fiat accounts.
- Analyze spreads, pricing, and arbitrage opportunities.
- Execute and manage derivative-market hedges.
- Work with Product and Engineering to automate pricing and trade execution.
- Develop trading risk models and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with BSP and AML regulations for FX operations.
- Collaborate with business development, Product, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Prepare trade reports, P&L summaries, and risk analyses.
