About the Role

You will develop and execute trading strategy across crypto and FX markets. You will oversee trading-desk operations, liquidity, treasury positions, algorithmic strategies, controls, hedging, and regulatory compliance. You will lead traders and analysts, partner with Treasury, Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance, and improve trading infrastructure and risk processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive trading and execution experience, preferably with FX and digital assets exposure.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience managing a trading desk or team.
• Proven profitability and risk-management track record in a trading environment.
• Understanding of traditional and decentralized financial markets, including digital assets, FX, options, and bonds.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order-book dynamics, and execution algorithms.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, OMS, and EMS.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, and hedging strategies.
• Analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall trading strategy.
• Identify market opportunities in crypto and FX spot markets.
• Oversee Crypto and FX Trading Desk operations.
• Manage liquidity across on-chain, off-chain, and OTC venues.
• Manage treasury market positions, pre-funding inventory, and BTC treasury strategy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor algorithmic trading strategies and risk management.
• Ensure pre-trade and post-trade controls are followed.
• Define and enforce trading limits and hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal policies.
• Implement best-execution practices and optimize trading efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead traders and analysts.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Enhance trading platforms, infrastructure, and trading logic with Product and Technology teams.
• Create risk frameworks and processes with Operations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory matters.
