About the Role
You will support exchange-traded and over-the-counter trading of equities, derivatives, bonds, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies for professional and institutional clients. You will execute securities orders, manage client flows and news, create Excel macros and business reports, handle margin-related activities, and ensure best execution and service quality.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, banking apprenticeship, or comparable qualification
- Experience in trading, sales, or brokerage at a credit institution or financial-services company
- Knowledge of derivatives, equities, ETFs, cryptocurrency, and fixed income is desirable
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Programming knowledge is desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
Responsibilities
- Support exchange-traded and over-the-counter trading of equities, derivatives, bonds, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies
- Execute orders for account and custody clients of cooperation partners
- Act as a first-level contact for clients
- Manage client flows and news for clients and internal departments
- Create and maintain Excel macros
- Prepare internal business reports
- Support margin calls and margin calculations
- Answer client questions about exchange-traded derivatives
- Ensure best execution and improve service quality
- Manage orders and client flows directly with clients
- Support account management, client acquisition, and internal and external projects
