About the Role
Advise customers on financial products by phone, identify needs from assigned customer data, support customers before, during, and after sales, update call outcomes in the management system, meet telesales quality and KPI targets, coordinate contracts and customer requests, and complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- College or university degree.
- Six months to three years of experience in telesales, telephone sales, or customer service; new graduates pursuing sales careers are also considered.
- Clear voice and strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with office software.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to learn, take initiative, and work under sales pressure.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on financial products by phone using allocated customer lists.
- Proactively contact customers and identify needs from available customer data sources.
- Support customers before, during, and after sales, including renewals and cross-selling.
- Update customer information and call results in the management system.
- Meet telesales KPIs and call-quality targets while following company procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete documentation, contracts, and customer requests.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
