About the Role
You will engage existing members, uncover their needs, and recommend relevant fintech products and services. You will pitch, upsell, and cross-sell products, support product launches, achieve sales KPIs, provide feedback on leads and campaigns, accurately record interactions in CRM tools, and complete commercial-growth projects.
Requirements
- At least two years of outbound telesales experience
- Experience with UK or international clients is preferred
- Track record of achieving revenue-based targets
- Consultative sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- English communication skills, with C1 level preferred
- Ability to work UK-aligned hours from international locations
- Experience using CRM tools such as Kustomer
- Knowledge of fintech, SME banking, and financial services
- Financial-services sales experience is advantageous
- Understanding of UK business culture and SME customer behaviour is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Call and engage existing members to identify opportunities
- Pitch, upsell, and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Support upcoming product launches and go-to-market activity
- Achieve individual and team KPIs
- Provide feedback on leads, scripts, and campaigns
- Log interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in CRM tools
- Own ad-hoc projects supporting commercial growth
