About the Role
You will operate robotic systems, maintain teleoperation proficiency, and set standards for task execution. You will train operators, manage demonstration-data quality, maintain workflows and documentation, investigate issues, and translate operational insights into actionable feedback for engineering teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in training, quality assurance, or a technical environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency
- Comfort with digital tools, interfaces, and data-driven workflows
- Basic technical understanding to work productively with engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic systems directly and maintain proficiency with teleoperation interfaces
- Set standards for task execution and demonstration quality
- Onboard and train teleoperation operators
- Monitor operator performance and demonstration-data quality
- Establish and improve quality-assurance processes
- Maintain data custody, tracking, reporting, and issue investigation
- Develop standard operating procedures, training materials, and quality frameworks
- Maintain operational systems, trackers, reporting cadences, and documentation
- Bridge operations and engineering teams by translating feedback and guidance
- Identify and escalate operator errors, edge cases, and system inconsistencies
- Support improvements to data-collection pipelines and interfaces
