About the Role
You will monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment. You will collect operational data, troubleshoot real-world situations, provide feedback to engineers, support customer experience, and communicate with hospital staff and the public about robot operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service and de-escalation skills
- Written and verbal communication
- Organization and multitasking
- Independent decision-making
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Availability for varying shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain vendor credentials, including immunizations, background check, and drug screen
- Local availability and willingness to work on-site in Newark, Delaware
