About the Role
You will own top-of-funnel sourcing for engineering or data science roles. You will research talent markets, create personalized outreach, qualify candidates, maintain accurate pipeline data, provide hiring intelligence, partner on search calibration, and track funnel performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience
- In-house sourcing experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience with boolean and x-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, and CRM or ATS workflows
- Experience managing multiple high-volume technical searches
- Fluency in technical skill sets
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to use funnel metrics to prioritize effort
- Data hygiene experience
- Candidate-first sourcing approach
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical roles
- Run talent research using market mapping, technical communities, and advanced search
- Write personalized outreach and manage response rates
- Run multiple searches with disciplined follow-up and accurate ATS data
- Build market maps, talent-density views, and competitive hiring insights
- Build diverse pipelines through broad research and inclusive outreach
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on role calibration and search strategy
- Track and report funnel metrics
- Represent Plaid in candidate conversations
