About the Role
You will map, find, and engage exceptional technical candidates. You will turn talent-pool and competitive-landscape research into sourcing intelligence, execute proactive sourcing strategies, track outreach and pipeline metrics, report pipeline health, create scalable sourcing playbooks and talent maps, and build pipelines ahead of future hiring needs.
