About the Role
You will build candidate pipelines for research, engineering, and infrastructure roles. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, engage passive technical candidates through personalized outreach, track sourcing metrics, and improve sourcing tools, processes, and infrastructure.
