About the Role
You will build engineering-talent pipelines, run proactive outreach campaigns, review technical signals such as GitHub profiles, and conduct technical first calls. You will screen candidates, calibrate requirements with hiring stakeholders, and help shape technical sourcing practices.

- Technical fluency to conduct credible first calls with engineers
