About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data, machine learning, and product roles across EMEA. You will define requirements and hiring strategies with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, create a strong candidate experience, manage offers, and ensure a seamless process from initial contact through hiring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- At least 3 years in a high-growth technology startup
- Experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience recruiting in EMEA markets
- Data-driven recruiting experience
- Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
- Experience with Notion and reports
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with diverse international teams
