About the Role

You will manage the candidate journey from first contact through offer acceptance for engineering and product hiring. You will develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring stakeholders, recruit diverse talent, and improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience for software engineering or product roles
Experience recruiting individual contributors and leadership roles
Experience with creative sourcing techniques and passive-candidate engagement
Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience providing high-touch candidate and hiring-manager experiences
Experience meeting recruiting KPIs

Responsibilities

Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle through offer acceptance
Develop sourcing strategies for technical talent
Partner with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and stakeholders on hiring requirements
Recruit diverse talent to support an inclusive workplace
Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction
