About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offers. You will partner with hiring managers, find specialized candidates through unconventional channels, facilitate structured interviews and debriefs, manage closing processes, and improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical talent in highly competitive markets
- Ability to evaluate technical depth and cultural fit

Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer
- Partner with hiring managers and advocate for candidate and hiring needs
- Source candidates through GitHub, arXiv, Apache mailing lists, and technical social channels
- Facilitate structured interviews, track candidate performance, and lead debriefs
- Manage offers and closing processes
- Improve recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate experience
