About the Role

You will define project objectives, plans, schedules, resourcing, and task allocation through deployment. You will align technical and non-technical stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams and Agile ceremonies, manage delivery risks, procure hardware, and improve workflows through post-project reviews.

Requirements

Degree in robotics, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent professional technical-project-management experience
Experience managing complex technical projects using Agile methodologies
Ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences
Working knowledge of robotic components including sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces
Fluency in written and spoken English
Willingness to travel 25–40%, primarily in East Asia

Responsibilities

Define project objectives, plans, and schedules
Allocate tasks and resources through project deployment
Align technical teams and non-technical stakeholders on goals, milestones, and progress
Coordinate cross-functional project teams
Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve delivery issues
Manage hardware and equipment procurement within project budgets
Evaluate and refine project workflows
Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
