About the Role
You will lead end-to-end delivery for simulation, evaluation, and validation programs. You will sequence roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, define measurable outcomes, coordinate release-gating validation, run planning and reviews, and improve delivery processes across the platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading complex multi-team programs
- Knowledge of simulation, evaluation, machine learning, and validation
- Project management skills
- Risk and dependency management
- Data-driven decision-making and metric definition
- Systems thinking
- Experience in ambiguous safety-critical environments
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team simulation, evaluation, and validation programs
- Compose roadmaps and manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and escalations
- Connect platform delivery to measurable outcomes
- Coordinate release-gating validation and acceptance criteria
- Run planning, reviews, and retrospectives and communicate progress and risks
- Improve tooling, processes, and ways of working
