About the Role
You will own database infrastructure roadmaps and execution across cross-region, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud strategies. You will coordinate internal platform and infrastructure teams, vendors, and hyperscalers; manage dependencies and risks; create program documentation; and facilitate timely technical decisions.
Requirements
- Technical program management experience delivering complex cross-functional programs
- Experience with database, storage, or core infrastructure programs
- Experience managing external vendor or cloud-provider relationships
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across distributed teams
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own roadmap and execution across database strategy pillars
- Coordinate database vendors, hyperscalers, platform teams, and infrastructure teams
- Manage vendor and cloud-provider commitments, escalations, and joint roadmaps
- Drive infrastructure dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Create roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans
- Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and resolve blocking issues
