About the Role
You will own onsite cluster bootstrapping, cabling, and fit-out through production readiness. You will verify work against low-level designs, remove blockers, manage schedules and risks, lead technical reviews, coordinate vendors, communicate deployment status, and improve deployment operations.
Requirements
- Experience as an onsite Technical Program Manager, Deployment Lead, or similar role
- Experience supporting data center construction, GPU cluster deployments, or large-scale infrastructure delivery
- Hands-on experience applying low-level designs to verify onsite implementation
- Experience managing multiple complex deployments simultaneously
- Technical readiness review experience
- Experience managing third-party vendors and driving accountability
- Executive communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively and remain onsite for extended periods during active deployment phases
Responsibilities
- Own cluster bootstrapping, cabling, and fit-out execution
- Verify onsite work against low-level designs
- Maintain visibility into onsite blockers and remove them
- Be present at construction and deployment sites
- Build relationships with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams
- Lead technical readiness reviews and trade-off decisions
- Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across concurrent deployments
- Identify program-level risks before they affect delivery
- Handle customer escalations and vendor performance issues
- Provide executive-ready reporting on risks, decisions, and milestones
- Improve deployment processes, tools, and operational practices
- Mentor technical program managers and onsite talent
