About the Role

You will communicate with technical teams and customers, create and manage program schedules, identify dependencies and risks, drive alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve cross-functional issues affecting product quality and schedules.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of engineering or technical program management experience
• At least 2 years of customer-facing technical delivery and operations experience
• Experience with enterprise-grade AI software or solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience tracking and reporting multiple workstreams
• LLM training or optimization experience is a differentiator

Responsibilities

• Communicate with technical teams, leadership, customers, and partners
• Drive engineering alignment with product, business, and marketing
• Create and manage program and project schedules
• Identify dependencies and manage risks
• Ensure on-time delivery and establish status checkpoints
• Resolve cross-functional issues and prioritize schedule and product-quality impacts
