About the Role
Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth technical integrations, resolve partner issues, guide integrations, bridge communication with developers, provide status updates, and improve processes using current industry practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience using a backend programming language is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Resolve issues raised by partners during technical integration with company systems
- Explain and guide partners through the system integration process
- Facilitate effective communication between external partners and internal developers
- Provide regular status updates to ensure smooth integrations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
