About the Role
You will manage account opening activities from application review through successful submission and onboarding. You will review requirements for banks cryptocurrency exchanges and custodians, verify KYC and AML compliance, coordinate missing information with stakeholders, maintain accurate records and audit trails, monitor request progress, and help improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services account opening or KYC and AML
- Strong knowledge of KYC regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability in a high-growth business
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Review requirements and applications for new account openings
- Ensure adherence to KYC AML and internal onboarding policies
- Coordinate missing documentation and information with stakeholders
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Monitor account opening requests for timely processing
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation and audit trails
