About the Role

You will act as the technical point of contact for local partners, translate their needs into technical requirements, and build web applications. You will lead, mentor, and manage a distributed engineering team while coordinating delivery with business, BD, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical or engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers or engineering teams
  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Experience developing and maintaining webpages or web applications
  • Experience managing distributed or cross-regional teams
  • Requirements gathering and problem-solving with local partners

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for local partner requests
  • Translate business and partner needs into technical requirements
  • Design, build, and maintain webpages and web applications
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a distributed engineering team
  • Collaborate with business, BD, and product stakeholders
  • Drive code quality, delivery timelines, and engineering processes
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Escalate and resolve technical and partner-facing issues
