About the Role

You will provide technical leadership for AI agent systems and guide architecture, roadmaps, reliability, evaluation, testing, and maintenance. You will lead hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and interview development while managing parallel technical projects and supporting strategic objectives.

Requirements

Foundational familiarity with the AI systems stack
Proficiency in Python
Domain knowledge in harness engineering, agent skills and plugin architectures, model training and reinforcement learning, or browser technologies
Technical and product intuition focused on user experience
Organizational skills for managing parallel technical projects and prioritization
Experience managing engineering teams, including recruiting and retaining talent
8+ years of engineering experience
At least 3 years of engineering management experience

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across AI agent product layers
Develop and scale cutting-edge AI systems
Guide system architecture and product roadmaps
Drive reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance
Oversee hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and interview pipelines
Deliver strategic objectives with the co-founders
