About the Role
You will select and manage trade shows, coordinate logistics and on-site teams, and track budgets and return on investment. You will run proprietary events, support speaking engagements and launches, maintain brand consistency, and report event outcomes and learnings.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of event management or international hospitality experience

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify trade shows against scoring criteria
- Manage event logistics, including bookings, travel, accommodation, and materials
- Coordinate on-site sales and Forward Deployed Engineering teams
- Track event budgets and return on investment
- Design and run proprietary events
- Manage venues, catering, invitations, attendance follow-up, and feedback
- Support speaking engagements and product launches
- Maintain brand consistency across event materials
- Maintain the event calendar and overall budget
- Produce event performance reporting
- Capture learnings to improve future events
