About the Role
You will lead end-to-end strategy and production for flagship events, conferences, sponsorships, and experiential activations. You will establish creative direction, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, lead onsite delivery, and use post-event insights to improve future programs.
Requirements
- Experience leading end-to-end strategy and production for large-scale, complex events
- Experience at a high-growth startup or hyper-growth technology company preferred
- Experience serving as executive producer for flagship programs
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar event budgets
- Experience managing agencies, production companies, venues, DMCs, and AV production partners
- Project management skills for multiple programs, vendors, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Salesforce, event management platforms, and registration tools
- Willingness to travel for onsite event production and execution
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and production for flagship events, conferences, trade shows, and experiential activations
- Translate business objectives into event strategies and attendee experiences
- Establish creative vision, production plans, budgets, timelines, and attendee journeys
- Lead conference presence, sponsorships, customer programming, hospitality, and offsite activations
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, forecasting, reconciliation, and scenario planning
- Source, negotiate with, and manage agencies, vendors, venues, and production partners
- Lead cross-functional event workstreams and onsite production
- Develop production plans, run-of-show documentation, contingency plans, and operating models
- Conduct post-event analysis and recommend improvements
