About the Role
You will create and execute events, conferences, dinners, and activations for enterprise technology leaders. You will manage event strategy, venues, guest lists, speakers, vendors, budgets, logistics, staffing, and follow-up, travel across the United States, and turn events into enterprise relationships and pipeline.
Requirements
- Ability to create and execute event concepts
- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, venues, schedules, guest lists, and logistics
- Willingness to travel frequently across the United States
- Ability to represent the employer in high-stakes enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Develop original concepts for events, dinners, experiences, and activations
- Identify relevant conferences and industry events
- Own conference strategy, activations, meetings, dinners, staffing, logistics, and follow-up
- Create executive events and coordinate venues, guest lists, speakers, partners, and invitations
- Represent Bland at conferences, dinners, private events, and customer experiences
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to build enterprise relationships and pipeline
- Manage vendors, budgets, venues, schedules, guest lists, logistics, and event details
- Travel frequently across the United States for conferences and events
