About the Role
You will lead a team of Project Operations Managers responsible for complex global customer rollouts. You will support escalations, improve delivery processes, scale the organization, drive change initiatives, collaborate across teams, and help define and execute strategic initiatives from the San Francisco office.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing direct reports
- Experience managing a high-performing senior team
- Project management experience with enterprise customers in a large global company
- Experience driving global process change, setting up tools, and implementing procedures
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and build strong relationships
- Understanding of global commerce and the requirements for successful regional client operations
- Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Operations Managers to deliver customer rollouts efficiently
- Act as a partner and escalation layer for complex projects and technical challenges
- Create an open communication and feedback culture
- Scale the team while preserving Adyen’s operating culture
- Drive continuous process improvement
