About the Role
Lead a team responsible for complex global customer rollouts, escalations, delivery-process improvements, organizational scaling, change initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and strategic projects from Adyen's San Francisco office.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing direct reports
- Experience managing a high-performing senior team
- Project management experience with enterprise customers in a large global company
- Experience driving global process change, setting up tools, and implementing procedures
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and build strong relationships
- Understanding of global commerce and regional client operations
- Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Operations Managers to deliver customer rollouts efficiently
- Act as a partner and escalation layer for complex projects and technical challenges
- Create an open communication and feedback culture
- Scale the team while preserving Adyen's operating culture
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Lead new initiatives and organizational change
- Collaborate across teams to grow the global Project Operations organization
- Define and execute strategic initiatives
