About the Role
You will lead federal site, product, and expansion implementations from kickoff through configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live success. You will coordinate project plans, manage risks and contingencies, drive adoption, and improve scalable implementation processes.
Requirements
- Track record of delivering healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Experience with new-site implementation, product implementation, and product adoption
- Ability to own implementation methodology and execution, including managing teams
- Project management, organization, process improvement, and attention to detail
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Data-driven decision-making
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- 7+ years of project management experience focused on software deployment and implementation
Responsibilities
- Lead new-site, product, and large-scale expansion implementations
- Serve as the primary implementation contact for federal counterparts
- Create, coordinate, and execute project plans with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead project phases from kickoff through post-live success
- Identify project risks and issues and develop contingency plans
- Develop and execute implementation strategies for site activation and product adoption
- Improve implementation processes and tools
- Create repeatable processes that scale the federal program
