About the Role

You will set the Product Program Management charter and priorities, lead managers and program managers, build partnerships across product functions, incubate and scale cross-functional programs, define program metrics, run business reviews, and coach direct reports.

Requirements

• 12+ years of program management, business operations, or related experience
• 5+ years of people-management experience, including managing managers
• Experience building programs from inception and scaling operations
• Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or marketplace and developer platform operations
• Prioritization and cross-functional roadmap experience
• Experience partnering with engineering to automate operational work
• Executive stakeholder influence
• Written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Set Product Program Management priorities and determine which programs to scale
• Build partnerships across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal
• Hire, lead, and develop managers and program managers
• Lead commercialization, escalation, and marketplace operations
• Build a generalist program management team to incubate new programs
• Define program success metrics and report through business reviews
• Coach direct reports and support career development
