About the Role
You will lead overnight custody operations, prioritize workflows, process digital asset transactions, and oversee reconciliations and asset movements. You will resolve escalations, maintain operational controls, support risk management, and improve processes in a 24x7 operating environment.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Have 5 or more years of operations experience in financial services, custody, brokerage, asset servicing, or digital assets
- Have experience as a subject matter expert, senior associate, or team lead
- Understand operational controls, reconciliations, settlements, and asset movements
- Manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Have digital asset, cryptocurrency, or blockchain operations experience
- Understand institutional custody, digital asset servicing, operational risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Have experience in a 24x7 operational support model
- Have continuous improvement, Lean, or process optimization experience
