About the Role

You will perform accurate daily operational processing for corporate and retail clients. You will meet service standards, maintain controls, report risks, support continuous improvement, and complete activities across functions such as data, dealing, transfers, corporate actions, settlements, payments, and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in finance, business, or a numerate discipline
  • Operations experience in the wealth management or platform industry
  • Client-services experience
  • Excel data-analysis experience
  • Ability to work accurately to deadlines
  • Interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily processing accurately and within deadlines
  • Deliver client services in accordance with contractual KPIs and KRIs
  • Maintain operational controls and report evidence of standards achieved
  • Complete control attestations, risk-event reporting, and breach reporting
  • Support operational transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Manage static data, pricing information, and vendor data sources
  • Process and monitor dealing orders, transfers, corporate actions, settlements, and payments
  • Perform asset and cash reconciliations and resolve breaks
  • Maintain mandatory training and continuing professional development
