About the Role
You will support daily trading and investment operations across public equity and digital asset strategies. You will reconcile activity and balances, improve operational systems and reporting, monitor PnL and risk, execute transactions and fund movements, manage wallets and counterparties, coordinate settlements, resolve breaks, and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of middle office, back office, or trading operations experience
- Understand the trade lifecycle, including settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and operational controls
- Demonstrate experience reconciling positions, cash balances, and transaction activity
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrate interest in digital assets and blockchain technology
Responsibilities
- Support the operational lifecycle for trading and investment activity
- Reconcile trading activity, positions, balances, and transactions
- Maintain and improve portfolio management systems, tooling, and reporting
- Support PnL attribution, exposure tracking, and risk limit monitoring
- Execute transactions and fund movements across accounts, exchanges, and OTC counterparties
- Support digital asset wallet management processes
- Lead counterparty onboarding and ongoing management
- Coordinate settlements and resolve operational breaks and failed trades
- Produce operational, treasury, and portfolio reporting
- Partner with finance, accounting, compliance, investment, and technology functions
- Identify operational improvements and process upgrades
- Lead operations initiatives involving vendors, efficiency, and budget
