About the Role

Lead the China Account Management team at Adyen, driving commercial growth, coaching account managers, engaging enterprise executives, shaping payments strategy, and coordinating cross-functional merchant projects.

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin with business proficiency in English
  • Experience in payments, alternative payments methods, or card acquiring
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives in enterprise companies
  • At least 2 years of team management experience
  • Experience in a revenue-driving position
  • Track record of growing share of wallet, cross-selling, and upselling

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth through strategic account guidance
  • Set individual and team revenue goals
  • Report performance and metrics at the executive level
  • Create an open feedback culture and motivate team members
  • Coach account planning, contract negotiations, product discussions, and executive engagement
  • Advise enterprise companies on global payments strategy
  • Communicate merchant needs to influence product development
  • Deliver merchant projects
  • Provide payments expertise to account management and other departments
  • Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
