About the Role
You will identify recruiting workflow problems and build practical AI tools, automations, and systems. You will run experiments, turn successful work into documented repeatable programs, align stakeholders, lead enablement sessions, and research companies and executive talent.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in executive search, recruiting operations, consulting, program management, or a similar environment
- Experience building tools, systems, or programs from scratch
- Experience turning ambiguous problems into practical solutions through rollout and handoff
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI to solve problems
- Research, writing, and organizational skills

- Own projects from problem definition through execution
