About the Role
You will own regional people-program operations across EMEA and APAC, including onboarding, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives. You will translate global frameworks into locally relevant experiences, build repeatable processes and playbooks, support Affinity Groups, maintain program dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to improve employee experiences.
Requirements
- Experience running people programs end-to-end across multiple markets and time zones
- Experience using AI tools for research, operations, and communication
- Project management skills
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience driving change in a high-growth company
- Ability to present to and partner with senior leaders
Responsibilities
- Own regional people-program operations across EMEA and APAC
- Translate global program frameworks into locally relevant experiences
- Create processes, playbooks, agents, and delivery frameworks
- Support Affinity Groups and surface retention and engagement insights
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking program health, adoption, and outcomes
- Partner with People Partners, Recruitment, and business leaders
- Help shape the regional employee experience
