About the Role

You will coordinate immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and business-travel cases while keeping employees informed throughout the process. You will maintain case trackers and dashboards, build workflows and AI-enabled tools, improve self-service resources, support vendor and counsel meetings, and escalate risks or non-standard issues promptly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, immigration operations, global mobility, employee lifecycle operations, or a high-detail service environment
  • Process-management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through
  • Experience improving workflows with AI, automation, spreadsheets, dashboards, ticketing, or related tools
  • Clear and empathetic written communication
  • Discretion with sensitive employee information
  • Ability to work within defined policies, recognize risk, and escalate promptly

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate active immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and business-travel cases
  • Maintain accurate case trackers, deadlines, documents, status updates, and handoffs
  • Provide timely employee updates and route legal questions and exceptions to counsel or the Lead
  • Surface at-risk cases and ensure clear ownership of next actions
  • Build and maintain workflows, intake forms, templates, knowledge resources, and AI-enabled tools
  • Own immigration and mobility case tracking, dashboards, reporting, operational metrics, and risk visibility
  • Create approved self-service content and communication templates
  • Test and document tools and automations with privacy, data-quality, and escalation controls
  • Identify operational friction and recommend improvements
  • Prepare case trends, SLA performance, feedback, and risks for vendor and counsel meetings
  • Follow through on vendor commitments and escalate quality or deadline issues
  • Keep playbooks, templates, and operational documentation current
