About the Role
You will build and evolve compensation programs, advise business leaders on compensation decisions, and lead benchmarking and market analysis. You will support compensation reviews, job architecture, and related frameworks while designing scalable processes and executing complex compensation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Expertise in cash and equity compensation programs
- Experience designing compensation programs, benchmarking, job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity
- Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple functions, geographies, or employee populations
- Analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to build financial forecasting models
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience building and implementing people solutions using AI and developer tools
