About the Role
You will coordinate EMEA interview scheduling and logistics, welcome onsite candidates, and keep candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers updated. You will maintain accurate Ashby data, improve hiring workflows, report hiring metrics, and help deliver team events and offsites.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations
- Ability to manage calendars, time zones, and multiple moving priorities
- Ability to improve inefficient processes
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Based in London or willing to relocate
- Ability to work in person five days per week
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across EMEA
- Greet and host candidates onsite
- Keep candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers informed
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate ATS data in Ashby
- Improve EMEA hiring and meeting processes
- Report hiring pace, time to hire, and team-growth metrics
- Support team events, offsites, and research show-and-tells
- Identify process gaps and build scalable solutions
