You will attract and recruit candidates for Product, Engineering, and Science roles. You will partner with hiring managers on role requirements and interviews, manage the candidate journey, solve multi-location hiring challenges, use metrics to improve recruiting, and build scalable hiring systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for technical or scientific roles
- Experience conducting independent searches in competitive talent markets
- Experience analyzing recruitment metrics
- International hiring experience
- Fluent English communication
- Familiarity with modern ATS such as Ashby
- Familiarity with LinkedIn search, scheduling tools such as Modernloop, and AI-driven productivity tools
Responsibilities
- Engage candidates across functions and geographies
- Manage the candidate journey
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline interviews
- Fill critical multi-location roles
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes
- Improve workflows, documentation, and tools
