About the Role
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for business, corporate, and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, develop search strategies, engage candidates, guide them through interviews and offers, analyze hiring data, and improve recruiting processes and tools.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for business and technical positions
- Experience in enterprise software
- At least four years of recruiting experience, including outbound search
- Experience hiring in competitive talent markets
- Communication skills to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting tools
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process
- Develop search strategies for business, corporate, and technical roles
- Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and sourcing plans
- Identify, engage, and guide candidates through interviews and offers
- Analyze hiring data and processes to address inefficiencies
- Improve recruiting processes, documentation, tools, and systems
- Advise candidates on closing strategies
