About the Role
Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across the APAC region while advising Sales and Marketing leaders with market intelligence, building talent pipelines, improving recruiting processes, collaborating with People teams and hiring managers, and resolving hiring bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, or Sales Engineering in APAC.
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders.
- Passive candidate sourcing and engagement experience.
- Experience using recruiting data and metrics.
- Experience with ATS and recruiting tools including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
- Ability to work in the Singapore office three times a week.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from intake through offer and close.
- Advise Sales and Marketing leadership on market mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends.
- Build warm pipelines of go-to-market talent for priority territories and roles.
- Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with Business Partners, People Operations, and hiring managers.
- Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks.
