About the Role

You will own and scale the technical recruiting function across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, and Product. You will set recruiting strategy, lead recruiters and sourcers, advise senior leaders on workforce planning, manage recruiting performance and data, introduce AI and automation, champion structured interviewing, and develop scalable recruiting playbooks and training.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • 4+ years leading recruiting leaders or managers
  • Experience building and scaling a recruiting organization during hypergrowth, IPO preparation, or major expansion
  • Experience advising executive leadership on hiring and workforce planning
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting data and metrics
  • Expert knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing technology, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading multi-layered recruiting teams

  • Set the technical recruiting strategy across multiple business units
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters and sourcers
  • Advise senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, organization design, and talent forecasting
  • Manage recruiting performance across technical organizations
  • Translate recruiting metrics into business insights
  • Lead adoption of AI and automation in recruiting workflows
  • Champion structured and inclusive interviewing practices
  • Represent Talent Acquisition in hiring strategy discussions
  • Develop recruiting playbooks, interview training, and enablement programs
