About the Role

You will lead the recruitment team and own the recruitment function from workforce planning and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. You will manage recruiters, lead senior searches, advise executives, partner with hiring managers globally, oversee sourcing and hiring budgets, define recruitment metrics, improve the candidate experience, and use data and AI tools to strengthen hiring operations.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • At least 2 years leading a recruitment team within fintech or Web3
  • Proven experience building and scaling a recruitment function
  • Experience hiring across EU, US, and APAC markets
  • Understanding of regional hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, and compliance nuances
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent through creative and strategic methods
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior or executive leadership
  • Experience owning hiring budgets and forecasting headcount and cost across multiple teams
  • Strong command of recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to influence leadership decisions
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment
  • Experience using ATS and other HR tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote-first environment
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity
  • C1 English proficiency
  • Active use of AI tools for sourcing, outreach, candidate assessment, and pipeline management

Responsibilities

  • Own the recruitment strategy and function from workforce planning and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Lead and develop the recruitment team
  • Set standards and coach recruiters on execution
  • Own team performance
  • Lead searches for Senior, Head, and Director-level roles
  • Manage complex hiring processes end-to-end
  • Advise C-level stakeholders
  • Shape role strategy and present market insights
  • Influence leadership hiring decisions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs
  • Build a scalable and repeatable pipeline process
  • Own team sourcing strategy including headhunting, networking, and community engagement
  • Own the hiring budget and forecasting
  • Plan headcount and cost per hire across teams
  • Track spending against plan and report budget performance
  • Define and own recruitment metrics
  • Use metrics to drive decisions and improve the recruitment function
  • Own and improve the candidate experience across the hiring funnel
