About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruitment for Tech and Product roles and support hiring across the business. You will proactively identify and engage passive candidates, build talent pipelines, run structured interviews, partner with hiring managers and founders, and use hiring data to improve scalable recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with direct sourcing, market mapping, and cold outreach experience
  • Proven track record hiring for Tech and Product roles including engineering, product, and design
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Data-informed recruitment approach including pipeline metrics and sourcing-channel performance
  • Experience in a fast-moving, ambiguous early-stage startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and approach passive candidates for Tech and Product roles
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline ahead of hiring needs
  • Conduct market mapping, targeted outreach, and candidate-motivation analysis
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from hiring-manager calibration through offer
  • Design and run structured, fast-moving interview processes
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Run calibration loops with hiring managers and founders on job descriptions, scorecards, and candidate profiles
  • Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Track and report pipeline health, time-to-hire, and sourcing-channel performance
  • Identify hiring bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Build scalable Talent Acquisition processes and tools
