About the Role
You will own test readiness, execution, instrumentation, post-processing, and verification evidence. You will design test procedures and data workflows, support bring-up and fault isolation, operate test equipment, and turn raw results into clear pass/fail evidence for engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with hands-on system testing, instrumentation, data capture, and post-processing
- Ability to turn raw outputs into technical evidence for pass/fail decisions
- Ability to assemble and operate test equipment in laboratory and field environments
- Experience designing test fixtures and support equipment
- Experience working across mechanical, electrical, software, and systems teams
Responsibilities
- Own test readiness, execution, instrumentation, post-processing, and verification evidence
- Define data products, output formats, quick-look checks, and analysis workflows
- Build test procedures, instrumentation plans, checklists, and review workflows
- Support system bring-up, debugging, and fault isolation
- Improve test quality, repeatability, and observability
- Manage raw data, intermediate results, and test evidence
- Translate test results into evidence for requirement closure
- Assemble and operate test equipment and test units
- Design test fixtures, support equipment, monitoring equipment, and test hardware modifications
