About the Role
You will own behaviour validation for autonomy products from strategy through implementation and execution. You will define metrics, coverage requirements, test suites, and acceptance criteria; analyze and report results; and identify dependencies for scalable automated validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automated driving robotics or related products
- Computer Science Robotics Aerospace or related degree
- Python proficiency
- Understanding of driving behaviour and driving-performance measurement
- Experience with simulated and physical testing environments for autonomous systems
- Experience analyzing and reporting validation results
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement validation strategies across test modalities
- Define metrics for on-road and simulated driving behaviour
- Define test coverage requirements and build test suites
- Develop acceptance criteria with Product Safety and AV Engineering
- Analyze test results and report findings
- Identify data simulation and evaluation dependencies
